A Love Letter to Black Women
A Valentine's Day and Black History Month offer for black women who want to redesign their relationship to time and create more space for rest, pleasure, and hobbies.

Welcome. If something about stepping back to reset your relationship with time feels urgent right now, then you're in the right place. Or perhaps you're carrying that familiar itch - the one that shows up when you've drifted from your natural rhythm and gotten swept into capitalism's chaos.
Maybe you were flowing in your own timing until this clusterfuck of a year began, and now you're caught in the rush again, because who isn't? Or perhaps the idea of creating space for rest, play, and pleasure feels both alluring and somehow out of reach.
Whatever brought you to this moment, we want to show you what's possible when you choose to honor your natural rhythms.
We're Brionna and Bianca, a best friend duo complete with one person who is obsessed with astrology and breaking free from capitalism's chaos (Brionna) and another person who is deeply creative, committed to practicing lowercase art, and a certified EFT practitioner (Bianca).
Our friendship emerged from a shared struggle - we're both neurodivergent souls who spent years unraveling our relationship with time. Brionna found herself tracking moon phases while building a business, discovering how celestial rhythms could replace capitalism's timelines. Meanwhile, Bianca was documenting how creative practice and EFT could create pockets of regulation in a dysregulated world.
We both struggled with the elusive concept of time and energy management. We both worried that we were never doing enough while simultaneously always doing too much. Together, we discovered it's possible to do the bare minimum and thrive.
Through years of experimentation, we've found that it's possible to accomplish what you want without urgency, exhaustion, and dissociation. You can unsubscribe from capitalism's timelines and reconnect to the rhythms that naturally support the way you want to live.
Our Love Letter to You
We're creating space for black women to receive the tools and support we wish we'd had on our journey to reclaiming our natural rhythms. Through documenting many hours of client work, we've discovered that sustainable transformation includes:
Your Personal Rhythm Blueprint
- Access to the Sustainable Cadences blog as a Rhythm Keeper for one year, where you'll find ongoing documentation of real experiments and mini-workshops
- Your custom Sustainable Cadences Report, revealing:
- Your Rhythm Anchor Planet: The key astrological influence shaping your natural movement through time
- Your Personal Weekly Flow Blueprint: A practical framework based on your unique astrology
- Your Starting Cadence Experiment: Your first step toward working with your natural rhythm, chosen specifically for your chart
Nervous System Support
- An introduction to the Emotional Freedom Technique (tapping) from Bianca
- A specialized EFT session for releasing resistance to living at your natural pace
- A personalized guided EFT tap aligned with your Sustainable Cadences report
A Vessel for Creativity
- One month in The Everyday Artist community, where you'll find ongoing support for maintaining your creative rhythm
This isn't another productivity hack or time management method. It's an invitation to join us in the practice of doing less, living slower, and consistently attuning to your capacity, needs, and desires.
Value Exchange
The exchange for this offering is $649. You can purchase the offer for yourself or a black woman you want to show some love. This price point enables us to maintain spaciousness in our work, ensuring each person receives materials created from a place of genuine attunement rather than rushed production.
Timing
This love letter is available until March 1st, honoring the close of Black History Month. We're keeping it intimate with just 11 spots available, allowing us to create each person's materials with the care and attention they deserve while honoring our own capacity and energy.
Because the truth is that there isn't a perfect way to exist, survive, or even thrive in these systems as black women. But there are ample opportunities to exist in pockets of juiciness that align with and honor your unique timing, desires, needs, and gifts.
If you're ready to begin exploring your natural rhythm, we're here to support your journey.
Our Real-Time Process
Here's how we're working with folks who join us for this offering:
Creating Your Chart Reading
What we need from you: Your birth details (day, month, year, location, and time of birth)
Sometimes birth times aren't available - we get it. You can share just your birth date and location. The report will still be valuable, though a few pieces of analysis will shift since they rely on exact timing.
Our Creation Timeline
We've learned through documenting our own rhythms that rushing these materials doesn't serve anyone. We allow up to a moon cycle (about a month) to create your materials, giving us space to tune into your unique needs and create from a centered place. Sometimes the flow moves faster, but we never force it.
Receiving Your Materials
You'll get an email with a link to a Google Folder. We'll add your Cadence report first, followed by your EFT videos as they're completed.
Gifting This Experience
Yes! You can gift this offer to a black woman you love. When you fill out the survey, just tell us it's a gift and share their name and email. We'll handle the rest with care.
About the EFT Videos
If you're new to EFT Tapping, we've got you. We've designed the videos to guide you through each step, no prior experience is needed. We meet you exactly where you are.
